By Vishnu - Useful, but not great
I ordered this product for my wife and she is kind of OK with this.
1. My wife also says, they should have kept two or three types of blades so we can cut for different use. But whenever we need to cut onions for a big portion of curry its useful.
2. Both of us find hard to press. We had to place it below our waist so we could push it with our full force. Also it makes a huge "tak" sound. Why not provide some kind of padding?
3. The chopper also gets hit, even if there is little dry skin on the onion. I mean, I have to remove an extra layer for use on that chopper, then I can cut with a knife.
4. Cleaning this chopper is messy though. If you have to cut two or three onions, then I suggest use your knife. If you need to cut more onions use this, so the time spent on cleaning the Chopper goes negligible.
5. So what ever we had to clean the onion cut corners that consumes 50% of the time to cut.
6. And last is our wish list, can anyone come up with a product where you can simply drop the onion, and it comes to clean, well cut to the size we want? That would be the right product.
